1 c Chobani Blueberry Greek Yogurt
1 c kale
1/2 c strawberries
1/2 c raspberries
1/2 banana
1/2 c low-fat milk
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tsp honey (optional)


Purée Chobani, kale, strawberries, raspberries, banana, milk, flaxseed meal, and honey (if using) in a blender until smooth and serve or refrigerate for later.
