Let’s celebrate Halloween Pinkoween!

There’s more going on in October than just Halloween — it’s also Breast Cancer Awareness month. So in honor of both, many are now opting to celebrate Pink-o-ween. While this concept may be old to some, it was new to me so I made a punch for my first Pinkoween party. It was tasty and pretty, but I forgot to take a picture. Womp.

Check out the recipe below and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
2 cartons – Minute Maid Pink Lemonade (64 fl oz. each)
1L – Sprite
2 pints – Häagen-Dazs Raspberry Sorbet
Frozen Blackberries

DIRECTIONS
Combine pink lemonade, Sprite and sorbet in a large punch bowl or pitcher. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes. Top off with as many frozen blackberries as you desire. Many people use plastic black spiders (pictured above) to tie into the “Pink-o-ween” theme, but I prefer the blackberries because they still go with the theme but add a little extra flavor and act as ice cubes.

Pour and enjoy! Recipe yields about 15-20 servings.
