We’re always looking for fun, new activities for little #CharlieB, so when I heard about the Kidspace Children’s Museum in Pasadena, CA, it became a must visit destination.

To sum up our experience, Charlie had a FIT when it was time to leave. Now you know, that’s definitely a sign of a good time!

Here are a few of the highlights…Keep in mind, Charlie is 20 months old.

– The “Outdoor Play” was everything! Charlie loved playing in the water, on the slide, over the bridge and riding around the “Trike Track”. This area is perfect for little 4 years old and under.

– “Charlie was fascinated by the Koi Pond in the “Kidspace Garden”. Seriously, we were there for a while lol.

– The “Digging Deeper Gallery” offers multiple activities for every age. For older children, there are many climbing towers and fun nature activities. Charlie loved the various imagination stations (example: Bugsy’s Diner) and the live insects and animals (examples: ants, bees, snakes and gerbils).

I wouldn’t say there were any “cons” at Kidspace Museum, but there was one area that was specifically geared towards older children.

– “The Robert & Mary Galvin Physics Forest” offered great learning activities for youngsters, while also providing engaging entertainment. However, this area is far too advanced for toddlers, although we still had a good time showing Charlie each station…especially the foam block area which is perfect for every age (beware, this area closes an hour before everything else in the museum).

Overall, The Barnetts had a fantastic time at the Kidspace Museum and I would absolutely recommend it for my SASY moms with kiddies 12 and under.
